More than 800 flats have been offered for the allotment under the MHADA Lottery 2017. All these flats are divided into 4 categories i.e. EWS, LIS, MIG, HIG i.e. –

- EWS Flats – Pratiksha Nagar, Chandivli, Mankhurd and other areas
- LIG Flats – Kanamwar Nagar, Chandivli and Charkop.
- MIG Flats – Pratiksha Nagar, Goregaon and Malwani
- HIG Flats – Lower Parel, Powai, Kandivli and Shimpoli.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age must be more than 18 years.
- Domicile certificate proving his/her 15 years continuous stay in limits of Maharashtra state in last 20 years id mandatory.
- You should not have any flat/plot/house allotted by any government development authority.
How to Apply Online for MHADA Lottery 2017
Below is the stepwise procedure for applying online for MHADA Lottery 2017. All the people of the state who are willing to avail the benefits of the flat under the scheme can apply online by following these steps –
- Visit the official website of MHADA Lottery
- Click on “Apply Now” Option.
- Create Username by filling the required information and basic information i.e. complete name, Father’s/Mother’s Name, DOB and other details etc and submit the form.
- Click om lottery and scheme
- Details like project name and details like a number of units, size of flats cost of flats will appear.
- Applicants have to check complete details & proceed and fill the form. After submitting the application form, the applicants can take a printout of their filled online application or acknowledgement slip.
- You have to make payment by any of the method mentioned below –
- Online Payment (Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking)
- Submit Demand Draft/Pay Orders in Bank
